This ongoing project is part of The Avenues Mall development in Al Khobar, one of the largest commercial complexes in the Eastern Province. The works are being executed under the main contractor Racon Arabia and involve the complete setup of the district cooling infrastructure and chiller plant systems.
Our Scope of Work
✔️ District Cooling Network Installation – supply, fabrication, and laying of chilled water pipelines across the site
✔️ Chiller Plant Installation – positioning, mounting, and connection of chiller units for centralized cooling
✔️ TES Tank Construction –

Fabrication and erection as per industry and safety standards
✔️ Associated piping works, valve installations, and system integration
This project will provide sustainable, energy-efficient cooling for the entire mall complex, meeting high-capacity demand while minimizing operational costs.

Mega Turnaround Shutdown Works
This project was executed for YASREF (Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company) during their Mega Turnaround Shutdown. The works were part of critical refinery maintenance and upgrade activities to ensure continuous, safe, and efficient plant operations.

✔️ Valve Replacement – removal and installation of process valves
✔️ Cold Cutting Operations – precision cutting for safe pipeline modifications
✔️ Pipe Replacement – fabrication and installation of new pipe sections
✔️ New Branch Hot Tapping Preparation – setup for safe integration of new pipeline connections without interrupting operations
All tasks were completed under strict safety procedures, in line with refinery shutdown protocols and Aramco standards, ensuring high-quality execution within the limited shutdown window.

This project was executed for The Village Mall in Jeddah, with SNC-Lavalin as the main contractor. The scope involved the complete installation of the chiller plant system, ensuring reliable and efficient cooling for the entire commercial complex.
